Fundraising Campaign Dates (March 1st - June 1st, 2024)

Services include: Investor research and targeted VC funds short list preparation, company fundraising materials preparation, investor outreach on behalf of the company, investor introductions, investor meetings organization (online) with minimum of 15 meetings with relevant and interested US VC funds.
investor meetings follow up, pitch training, investor meeting preparation, investor relations, consulting and mentoring support during the 3-month fundraising program.

Legal and deal supporting financial advisory services to be provided on-demand basis (external experts engagement may include additional fees).
